MEI Assistant - Internal Company Use Only
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the MEI Assistant mobile application ("App"). The App is owned and operated by Robert H Manley III ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
MEI Assistant is an internal company application intended to support employees in performing their daily work tasks by providing access to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and AI-based assistance related solely to those tasks.
2. User Accounts
Use of the App requires the creation of a single user account per authorized employee. Users must provide accurate and complete information, keep their login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.
3. Acceptable Use
The App may only be used for lawful, authorized, and intended internal business purposes. Any misuse of the App, attempts to reverse engineer or extract source code, abusive behavior, interference with other users, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and may result in corrective action.
4. Content Restrictions
The App does not permit users to submit, upload, publish, or share any form of user-generated content. All information, tools, and materials within the App are provided exclusively to support internal task execution and operational guidance.
5. No Payments or Monetization
MEI Assistant does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid features, or any form of monetization. Use of the App does not involve financial transactions or payment obligations of any kind.
6. Availability and Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of information, or specific outcomes resulting from the use of the App or its AI-based assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robert H Manley III shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Suspension and Termination
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized or prohibited behavior.
9. Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
